I've been taking my (old, cranky) vehicles to Bobby's Pit Stop for years now. They've got a sharp staff, they communicate well, and they do good work. The true test, though, is how a person or business performs when things aren't going well. We've had a couple of occasions over the past few years where the gremlins won the day and the truck had to go back in almost immediately for a do-over. Whenever this happened, Bobby's responded promptly and professionally, with no resistance or bellyaching. Bobby's stands by their warranties and does right by the customer.
