Got to my smog appointment a little late cause traffic, they had my car heading into the garage before I had stepped in the office. Smog was competitively priced and I was on my way in no time. Very happy with the service.

The folks at Bobby's Pit Stop are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They are no-nonsense about what needs to be done. They are honest and I feel safe that they are not taking advantage of me or my organization. They are courteous and professional, and always offer me a free shuttle ride if I need one. I highly reccommend this shop for your personal of fleet vehicle repairs.

We had a way above average,even into the excellent range, experience when we brought our 2 cars in for a smog check. In summary...* we blew it originally by writing down the wrong Thursday for our original appt... they were most graciously understanding even though I'm sure that had to have screwed up their previous Thurs.* we brought in not one but 2 cars on a very busy day... they did both faster than we had agreed upon and were very pleasant to deal with. Most people when busy and under pressure, treat you that way, they did not.... how refreshing.* one of our clunkers needed a gas cap or it wouldn't have passed.... they took the initiative to replace it (at a minimal charge) and the car passed.... wowie, zowieWhat do you say other than, "We'll be back and what a pleasant and efficient experience."Thanks Bobby and crew.

I stopped by to make an appointment to get my vehicle smogged and they said they could do it right then. This was a good things I live in the south county area and didn't have to drive back into Santa Cruz. These guys have always been friendly and provided great service. Honest, dependable and a high degree of integrity.
