My daughter is a student at UC Santa Cruz, and 400 miles from home. I felt helpless as she was experiencing intermittent loss of power followed by hard starts. I looked up a mechanic shop on-line, read some reviews and hoped for the best as she made an appointment at Bobby's Pit Stop. She took her 2006 Hyundai in for repair. She was treated with respect and courtesy and was listened to as she explained the symptoms. They were honest as they explained how a problem can be difficult to diagnose when it can not be witnessed first hand. The nailed it their first try as it turned out to be a sensor of some sort. She drove away for a fair price, but we still had to wait and see if the problem would return. It has not. Thanks guys for the nice treatment, the quick repair and mostly for a parents piece of mind!
