Both my vehicles passed smog test . Again !! I have been using Bobby's Pit Stop for at least 15 years. Always great service.

Bobby and Scott were friendly and helpful, and my AC is now functional.

*Takes really good customer service and an amazing experience to get me to do a review.* Needed a smog check for my BMW. I checked out a few places but i decided on Bobby's Pit Stop because of how genuinely PLEASANT the guy who answered the phone was. (I haaaate when i call a shop and they sound annoyed. Obviously im trying to bring you my business and believe it or not money i work hard for too) None of that here. I called and the guy who answered happily answered my questions and was totally professional even when i had to check my schedule and call back. Already off on a better start than the other shops i called. I pulled up for my 8am appointment and was relieved at the location's convenience. Nice parking lot with plenty of space for me to pull up/park my car/ maneuver. My car is lower than most so a decent parking lot goes a long way with me. ( I also hate pulling into shops that are so cramped and crowded with other cars you are just immediately in the way no matter what) I remember being immediately impressed with the location as i walked towards the office. I thought "now this is a business". Bobby was at the front counter super friendly as was the other gentleman in the office. BOOM. 8:15 am and im driving away happily smog certificate in hand. Smog Check Grand Total: $49. Awesome Deal. (some other shops were tryna charge $65+) They have definitely earned my business and if you want to be happy about spending your hard earned money then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOBBY'S PIT STOP! I have already started recommending them to family and friends and i will definitely be back with my girlfriends car next year. Thank you Bobby and staff for making that such a pleasant and easy experience.

My review is concerning a Smog Check Excellent service, Bobby and Scott tried their absolute best to help me with some check engine light issues for my Smog check. I felt like I had 2 friends just trying to help me out. I usually feel like I have to play a game with auto places and pretend I'm a car genius to make sure that they don't take advantage of me. That was not the case here. When I had questions they answered to the best of their ability and didn't mind my incompetentcies. Absolutely recommend them.
